It is important to note that Settle Marriage is not a dating service, business bureau, or matchmaking agency. Eligibility Criteria

To become a member of Settle Marriage and utilize our services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be of legal marriageable age as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction. In Bangladesh, this is currently 18 years or older for females and 21 years or older for males.
2. You must be legally competent to enter into a matrimonial contract under the applicable laws governing your place of residence.
3. You must not be restricted by any court order, decree, or legal injunction from entering into matrimony.
4. All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, truthful, and complete.

By registering with Settle Marriage, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and agree to comply with all aspects of this Agreement. Membership is void where prohibited by law, and any misrepresentation may result in immediate account termination.

Usage Guidelines

Settle Marriage services are designed for personal use only. Members are expected to act responsibly and respect the terms of this Agreement. Your account is personal and non-transferable, meaning that it cannot be shared or assigned to another individual or entity. As a member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must ensure that no unauthorized parties gain access to your account, as you will be held accountable for any activities conducted under your login.

By using Settle Marriage, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Sharing, posting, or transmitting any defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise offensive content.
• Violating intellectual property rights or infringing on the privacy or publicity rights of others.
• Soliciting or advertising products or services to other members.
• Distributing spam, chain emails, or other unsolicited messages.
• Posting contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses in your profile.
• Sharing photos that contain nudity or are deemed inappropriate.

We reserve the right to monitor content posted on the platform and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, in case of any violations. Settle Marriage aims to maintain a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all members.

Termination of Membership

Settle Marriage reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Such termination may occur without prior notice and may include the removal of all information associated with your account. Similarly, you may choose to terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice to our customer support team.

In cases where eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, or where false information has been provided, Settle Marriage may terminate your account without a refund of any unused subscription fees. We take these measures to uphold the integrity and safety of our platform.

Liability and Indemnity

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Settle Marriage, including its employees, directors, and affiliates, against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to breaches of this Agreement and any legal disputes resulting from member interactions.

Settle Marriage is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of our services. Members are encouraged to exercise caution and judgment in their communications and interactions with other members.

Privacy Policy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Settle Marriage will keep all personal information confidential and use it solely for the purposes outlined in this Agreement. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We encourage members to be mindful of the information they share on their profiles and during interactions. While we strive to protect your data, you are responsible for exercising discretion when sharing personal details.

Content Ownership

All content posted on the Settle Marriage platform, including profiles, messages, and photos, remains the property of their respective owners. By posting content, you grant Settle Marriage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content as necessary to provide our services.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of proprietary materials is strictly prohibited. Any violations may result in legal action.

Refund Policy

Settle Marriage offers a money-back guarantee under specific conditions. If, within the first 7 days of paid membership, you have actively engaged with at least 20 preferred members (by sending messages, proposals, or adding them as favorites) and receive no responses, you may request a refund of your subscription fee. This policy applies only to female members and requires full compliance with our guidelines.

Refunds will not be granted if:

• Members fail to complete their profiles or upload high-resolution photos.
• Members do not actively communicate with other users.
• Members fail to respond to interested matches.
