This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Settle Marriage.com. By registering for Settle Marriage.com, you become a member of the Service ("Member"), and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement ("Terms") for as long as you continue to be a member. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for the Settle Marriage.com service. The Terms are subject to change and may be modified at any time by Settle Marriage.com, effective upon notice to you.

Settle Marriage.com is intended solely to serve as an initial medium of contact and information for its users/members/visitors who genuinely intend to enter into a matrimonial alliance. Settle Marriage.com does not operate as a marriage or business bureau or a dating/contact website, and it does not monitor the initial or subsequent contacts, introductions, and/or interactions that may occur between users/members.

**1. Eligibility**

  1. To register as a member of Settle Marriage.com or use this Site, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of Bangladesh (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males).
  2. The Settle Marriage.com Site is intended only to facilitate lawful marriages between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the applicable laws.
  3. You must not be prohibited or prevented by any applicable law or by any order or decree from any court, tribunal, or competent authority from entering into matrimony
  4. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited
  5. By using this Site, you confirm that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
  6. You agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement

**1. TERMS OF USE**

  1. Membership in the Settle Marriage.com service is for your personal use only.
  2. Your membership account with Settle Marriage.com is non-transferable to any other person or entity
  3. You are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

**1. ONLINE CONDUCT**

  1. You are solely responsible for the content or information you post on the Settle Marriage.com service or transmit to other Members.
  2. You will not post or transmit any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, sexually-oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including intellectual property rights and rights of privacy and publicity).
  3. You will use the Settle Marriage.com service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. You will not include in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, names, URLs, email addresses, offensive anatomical or sexual references, or sexually suggestive language. You will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information.
  5. You will not engage in advertising or solicitation of other members to buy or sell any products or services through Settle Marriage.com. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk emails to other Settle Marriage.com Members.
  6. You will not post, distribute, or reproduce any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such rights.
  7. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Settle Marriage.com Members.
  8. Settle Marriage.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.
  9. Settle Marriage.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. Any infraction may lead to legal action on behalf of Settle Marriage.com.

**1. TERMINATION**

  1. Either you or Settle Marriage.com may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party.
  2. Settle Marriage.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Settle Marriage.com service, without notice, for any breach of this Agreement by you that is brought to the attention of Settle Marriage.com.
  3. If at any time Settle Marriage.com finds anomalies in your eligibility to become a member or believes that you have misrepresented your eligibility, Settle Marriage.com reserves the right to terminate your membership immediately and/or your right to use the Service without refund of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

**6. INDEMNITY BY MEMBER**

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Settle Marriage.com, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Settle Marriage.com service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

**6. ONLINE CONTENT**

  1. Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the Settle Marriage.com service are those of their respective authors and not of Settle Marriage.com, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for their content.
  2. Settle Marriage.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service and neither adopts nor endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made.
  3. Under no circumstances will Settle Marriage.com be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information or other content posted on the Settle Marriage.com service or transmitted to Settle Marriage.com members.

**7. WARNING - PLEASE READ**

It is possible that other Settle Marriage.com members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the Settle Marriage.com service, and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It is also possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the service, and the recipient may use such information to harass or harm you. Settle Marriage.com is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose on the service. Please carefully select the type of information that you post on the Settle Marriage.com service or release to others.

Settle Marriage.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the materials posted in the public areas of the Settle Marriage.com service. Settle Marriage.com shall have the right to remove any material that violates, or is alleged to violate, the law or this Agreement. Notwithstanding this right of Settle Marriage.com, you remain solely responsible for the content of the materials you post in the public areas of the service and your private email messages. Emails sent between you and other Settle Marriage.com members that are not readily accessible to the general public will be treated as private by Settle Marriage.com to the extent required by applicable law.

**8. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS**

Settle Marriage.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Settle Marriage.com service. The Service contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Settle Marriage.com and its licensors. In addition, other users may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as copyrighted.

Except for that information that is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. By posting information or content to any public area of Settle Marriage.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Settle Marriage.com and other Settle Marriage.com Members an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

**9. MONEY BACK CONDITION**

Settle Marriage.com offers a money-back guarantee under certain conditions. If after communicating with 20 preferred members (through favorites, proposals, and messages) who meet your partner preferences, you do not receive a single response within the first 15 days of becoming a paid member, we will refund the package price. This condition applies only to female users and is subject to the following terms:

  1. Members must not respond to your activities (favorite, proposal, message, picked contact information) within 15 days.
  2. If members communicate with you but you do not cooperate, the money-back policy will not apply.
  3. Users are expected to fill in all details in their profile, mention partner preferences, upload high-resolution photos, and actively communicate with members.

**10. INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY MEMBER**

Settle Marriage.com will keep all information supplied by you confidential and will use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

**12. COPYRIGHT POLICY**
